Terms Of Service

By commissioning me, you agree to the terms of service below

1. GENERAL TERMS⭒ My art is for PERSONAL USE ONLY (eg. Profile pictures, Banners etc) unless otherwise agreed upon
(See commercial usage terms)
⭒ I own the rights to my art and have the right to post it on my socials etc. If you don't want your commission to be posted please let me know in advance.
⭒ I have the right to decline your commission for any reason.
⭒ Have visual references prepared. (eg. Drawing, Photo, Picrew, Pinboard)
⭒ I will send you updates as I work on your commission, and it may take anywhere from a week to two weeks. If you have a deadline please let me know beforehand. (a RUSH FEE may be applicable)
⭒ If you post the commission please include visible credit.
⭒ Do not TRACE my art or claim it to be yours.
⭒ Do not use my work to fuel any form of AI.2. PAYMENT⭒ PAYPAL only
⭒ Upfront payment unless agreed otherwise
⭒ I do not accept refunds unless I'm unable to finish your commission
⭒ If you need your commission on priority, a RUSH FEE will be added (+5€)
⭒ Note that prices are a starting point and may vary according to the complexity of your request!3. COMMERCIAL USAGE⭒ If you wish to order a commission for Commercial use, the minimum price increase will be 100% of the original price.
⭒ Commercial use describes any activity in which you use a product or service for financial gain. (eg. Merchandise, Business logos)
